Going to the track

Postby mrj52 » Wed Jan 01, 2014 8:28 pm

Taking the 77 Buick to the track this year. Bought myself a 2014 silverado 3500 and a 20 foot trailer to haul the car back and forth. Ive been racing off and on since the early eighties when I had a 78 Monza with a supercharged 400sb and 4 speed. Used to drive over a hundred miles to S.I.R., Race all day and drive back. I broke at the track several times through the years and it made for an expensive tow bill back to Oak Harbor WA. The truck and trailer gives a piece of mind now about breaking down. Have not raced in over a decade so im pretty stoked. If you see me at the track say hi, Ill be the one with smile on my face!
