Fuel pump identification

Postby burnouts&rotorblades » Mon Nov 04, 2019 12:47 pm

Can anyone help me figure out what this fuel pump is out of. I searched the interwebs to find something that looked similar, but can't find anything.

I can't see much of it with the view you're showing, but it looks like a standard replacement Vega pump.

I might have framed the question wrong. I know what the pump is, because I replaced it. What I'm having trouble with is, what is the rest of the assembly from? When I look online I see nothing but tube type pump hangars. Nothing resembling this stamped steel construction.

Looks like a standard Vega fuel sending unit assembly to me.

I guess the aftermarket ones all ditched the stamped steel in favor of using tubing.
