Anyone have pics of their throttle brackets?

Postby 78spyder » Wed Sep 03, 2008 6:54 pm

I have 2 brackets, one factory from Monza 2bbl v8, and a Spectre chrome one. I'm trying to get a clean looking install, and I'm wondering what the best spring placement on a Performer RPM carb/intake would be. Anyone have any pics I can look at? Thank you! Curtis

I am using a braided throttle cable and a chrome support, forgot the brand might be Mr. Gasket. It mounts under the carb and has a arm that swings out to hold the cable and spring.

Naww, that pic was actually taken in the middle of the night, under a very cloudy sky, in my garage with the lights off. Oh, and no flash on the camera

When the local airport has a power outtage Clyde pulls his car on the runway and opens the hood so the planes know where to land. (yeah, ok, they probably have night vision and back up generators but I had to say it)
