What do you think,will the brodix hvh 1016(dual plane hi rise) intake fit under the stock spyder hood,
with a holley and smallish air cleaner?
I got that intake laying around for a while from my 58.
Right now i run a factory 4bbl spreadbore manifold with an Mr.Gasket square/spread adaptor and a Holley on top(bought it that way).
Do'nt want to find out the hard way..LOL..

Installed today and it fits!This thing is 1" smaller than the rpm but has the same powerband.I had a lot of cars where the RPM just would'nt clear the stock hood.
The HVH is no prob in a 78 monza,stock motor mounts and hood.

Hi folks!
Sorry,its been a while:
Runnin M/T covers now.The aircleaner is very dropped,but theres no hood contact.
It worked even at WOT with stock rubber mounts.
