Tell me about this Holley (pics)

Postby vegon71 » Tue Mar 02, 2010 6:11 pm

Im pretty much down to headers and carb on my SBC for the Vega. I have had this Holley on the shelf for enough years that I kinda forget what size :?: Im thinking it was a 750 with vac secondaries and manual choke. Im on a budget and would like a 750 double pumper eventually but this will have to do for now. Its in BAD need of a dip and a kit. The only #s I seen were on the neck where the air cleaner goes. Is this the numbers ill need when getting a kit?
list 3310-3 3339 please tell me what you can about this carb as I have been out of the loop on carbs since the late 80's :bored:

Good ole 750 vacuum secondary. Same as I have on my Astre.

I believe the carb kit is for 3310-1 thru 3310-4? Pretty common, about all the ones I have are 3310-3.

the original factory equip 3310 was a 780 , the over the counter 3310-1 and up were rated at 750

the -1 and so is the series number , being a -3 and 1st version plastic vacuum pot , the newer 1's have the quick change springs to adjust the secondary blade opening
