If I ever need an in line ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP for my 4cyl. VEGA, how many PSI and GPH should it have??

Really just about any regular automotive pump for a carb would do...even one of those cheapy square jobs the parts stores have.
Pressure will need to be no higher than about 6 lbs. As far as GPH, it's not going to matter much if this is a regular "driver"...25 or so would be fine. Lorne
