I dropped the full tank because i was quite sure the fuel was bad as well as the pump. once I opened the top of the tank i noticed something i was hopping not to see... A rusted tank!! 
Im on a budget with this build so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to how i cam clean the inside of my tank? and because the fuel pump is pooched ill need to replace it. is there a different pump i should replace the stock one with? i was quoted at my local parts store $85 for a new pump.
