The ZZ4 is a new crate motor so camshaft would be factory, how radical it is I don't know as I have never heard one of these run.
From the GM ZZ4 parts list I find 2 different Holy 4100 series carbs listed #1 12485506 750 cfm #2 19170093 770 cfm .
I basically prefer a carb I can bolt on and run as I'm not much of a carb tuning type person.
I have found a stock 1406 Edelbrock reasonable but since it is the economy version I don't want to get into running too lean and have issues there.
The car will rarely ever see full throttle but when it does I want it to respond not fall on its face.

I will be using a Bowtie Overdrive TV cable system to the 2004R which is specialized to the cab used, either Holly or Edelbrock so the carb decision is a little more involved.
Thanks
Merle

Then maybe the edelbrock would be a better route to go, like others have mentioned you can adjust them if needed and not have gas spilled everywhere.

Merle,

The ZZ4 cam specs are 208/221 deg @ .050", 0.474"/0.510" lift. That's on the mild side; you'll have crisp throttle response with a performance-calibrated 600 Edelbrock, and I doubt you would notice much difference on the occasional full-throttle blast. You are in a Monza, after all. Should bring a smile to your face.

But, the choice is yours.
