Charcoal canister "vent line"

Postby jim327monza » Wed Feb 23, 2022 7:26 pm

Installing a Pro Flo 4 system on my 76 monza. the efi fuel sump requires a return line. my initial thought was to use the 5/15 line from the canister as the return but now am thinking of a separate return line as the canister is the vent for the tank. Any thoughts on this

If the vent line is 5/16", it would work. But I'm afraid it's probably 1/4". You'll probably have to run a new line.

I am using the vent line as a return line on my 75 Monza but it has a carb so not returning a lot of fuel, just enough to keep it recirculating to keep the fuel cool. Not sure how it would work for EFI.
