I started on this Jan. 1st. I hate typing so i'll try to be brief. I replaced both front fenders and doors. Welded in new cab corners and other patches, then sanded and grinded forever. Used rust converter on remaining pitted areas then covered with several coats of PPG High Build Epoxy. Next I block sanded everything flat and covered everything with two heavy wet coats of PPG Delton DBU. (2005 GM Dark Spiral Gray Mettalic)Followed that up with three coats of PPG Concept 2042 speed clear. Wet sanded with 1500 grit, rubbed it out with 3M Finesse-it III and polished with Menzerna Intensive Polish and Final Polish II. Some was hand rubbed and easy areas were machine polished. I kept a pretty good photo diary so far. I swear the Monza is next.....

Thanks Geartwister, It was a lot of work. The truck has a 2 inch body lift which really makes it look different. I spent the last 9 months of spare time on this one.
