Door and hatch pins

How do you remove the door and hatch pins on a 1978 monza in one piece? Going to fab some new ones and replace the bushings.

The stock pins have little tabs or "ears" that stick out which allow you to push the pins in but then the tabs prevent them from backing out. You either have to find a way to hold the tabs in while tapping the pins out or just hammer the pins and break the tabs. I am in the process of ordering some NOS GM door pins for a couple other members and can get some for you too. I also have the bushings along with replacement hatch hinge pins that I have been selling on eBay. If you are interested in anything feel free to let me know, I'll be happy to ship overseas. cjbiagi@yahoo.com
