I doubt any of the H-body's are different, but on my Astre, I had to start by supporting the door with a jack (duh), then just hammer out the pins. I sprayed them with PB Blaster and let them soak, then one whack of a hammer and they came out.
But I know some people from "other" not so dry parts of the country don't have it that easy.
