Original Replacement Muffler!

Any idea where to get a muffler like the stock one that originally came equipped on a Vega? I'd like to find one similar to the original and not the "turbo" (loud) type ones that most places sell.

Have you tried your local parts places? They should be good at finding a stocker.

I bought a stock replacement one for a V6 1980 monza back in 1997

I haven't yet, but I will later this week. I was under the impression that the "quiet" type original mufflers were hard to come by.. maybe I'm mistaken! Randy B
