Wheel covers

Postby monzacoupe » Sun Aug 29, 2010 11:16 am

Gentlemen, how rare are the finned wheel covers like I have on my car? I've found four near my place and was wondering if these things are rare enough that someone would like me to get them.
I didn't get a really close look because I have four myself and the ones in the wrecking yard don't match my colour(mine -blue/wrecker-red) but my impression is that they are in faded but good condition.

I have four of those covers in beige that came off of my current project car.

I was thinking of having the steel wheels painted black and just leaving the covers off until I do a five lug conversion next summer. If any body wants the covers, let me know.
Then came the churches, then came the schools
Then came the lawyers, then came the rules
Then came the trains and the trucks with their loads
And the dirty old track was the Telegraph Road.
