NOS Muffler/Tailpipe... what the heck is it?

Hello all... I've got an NOS GM muffler with a welded tailpipe that I'm trying to ID. The number is 475321. I'm thinking it probably is for an h-body. If anyone could look that number up I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I show it for a 79 HM15 with a 196 or 231 engines. Probably fits other years???

Clyde... thanks for taking the time to look that up. If anyone has more info on what other models/years this muffler fits, I'd appreciate it.
