There was a group buy on radiators a few years back. Anybody got the info on them?

You can fit a taller radiator in a Sunbird than the other H-bodies because of the flatness of the hood. (except the later Skyhwk/Roadhawk which used the Sunbird hood.) The factory offered this option at least on V8 models as shown in this photo.(not my car but mine came this way.) Notice the taller radiator support and the radiator inlet coming out the back instead of top.

From my scrounging around junkyards I've found that some V6 regals and cutlasses etc, have the same radiator size but used a different inlet. As I recall, some of them also have a larger tank on the inlet side which I believe will also fit. If you want to fab a couple of holders you could look up b-body aftermarket aluminum radiators and check their sizes.

Some thing to look out for though is the filler cap location. This aftermarket probably would'nt work . See how the stock replacement is angled and lower?

Be aware that if you have power steering you may need a radiator with a curved top inlet tube, like V8 Monza's have.
