weak spark

hey guys
not a h body but still a pain in the neck,,working on one of my 68 f-birds and I have a weak spark at the plug,have checked everything and even switched the coil to one i know was good,I'm missing something,motor ran fine when we stored it ,trying to get it up and going to sell it ,,I'm stumped,any one with a guess,it not a hei,where to check next,,

on the new monza that was suposed to be here this week,,they wanted an extra 50.00 to speed up the pick up on the car,,its been ten days since I paid them,now they are holding the car hostage,,nice people,,we will see how it turns out before I trash them on the site,I'll put up a red flag for those that would need a car moved so they don't get ripped off if the deal stays sour,,

what kind of ignition? points -hei

make sure you have a good battery also a good ground to the engine . check so that the points and the condenser are good and set right. also make sure the coil is wired right. point wire to the neg side of the coil. hope that helps
