Headers and heads

Postby BillPappy » Sat Jun 22, 2013 2:09 pm

I rebuilt my yard sell No name angle plug heads. Got them right with new pro-comp rockers.
I am ready to install them along with my new air gap intake. Along with other go fast or look pretty Items.
Now, I got the worry if my shorty Sanders headers for straight plugs are going to work.
I seen where Bob Gumm Stated the only differences he could see in the headers was dimples in the header tubes
for the angle plug heads. Can't say I like the idea of dimples in my headers. I guess, I got this image of
Half crushed header tubes in my mind
Anyone got pictures of header dimples they would like to share?
I can tell. Not all of the header tubes require dents.
Anyone use straight plug headers on angle plug heads?
I don't want to pull the headers if I can keep from it.

Its my understanding that Dart pro heads cause the most pain when using sanderson.
Guess I will push onwards with my install. I will share pictures with you.
