140 cam/crank alignment

alignment can someone explain to me how to realign the cam and the crank to reinstall the timing belt?

This should help.
Also, I'd recommend ordering a manual from amazon or ebay for your 140 engine. Or most public libraries have
car repair manuals you can check out.
The TDC mark on the crankshaft should be a dot on the gear and a arrow on the rear timing cover.
