X2 on what Dick Said, also many of the OHC engines are very very wide!!!!!! and most have the throttle Bodies over the intake manifold adding to the height issues that the cast oil pans create. More than likely you would have to fabricate a tube Lower Engine crossmember to clear the factory oil pan.
Not saying it could not be done, but unless you have a lot of fabrication skill, and the shop and tools to do it, it may be more than the average backyard mechanic can handle.
