You can check with Hutton Motor Engineering, they used to, don't know if they currently are. Also depends on what you want done. Another first class possibility is Katech, they could do what you want but they may (!) be expensive.

Hutton is no longer working on cars,, anyway I found a local company who can work on this..any source for parts if needed, valves rings ect??

There were some special orders for stainless valves that a couple of Cosworth Club people had made, check on the Yahoo Cosworth site to see if anyone has any to sell. New stock ones are like hens teeth. Rings depend on a stock or sleeved bore and what pistons you have.

I had a minor valve/head problem fixed by a motorcycle shop.

Thanks Dick, I am not even sure I need anything yet, just wanted to get it cleaned up an have it checked out, I will tell them to be extra gentle..Hopefully they will not find any issues with the head, I am not even going to mess with the pistons..I had it sleeved and had arias pistons put in when I bought it back in 84..
