New Monza springs will help your overall clearance,but that oil pan is deeper than a stock Monza pan.
The trans still looks to be too low to me. The headers will dictate how much you can raise the trans.
Ideally if you run a mechanical fan you want the fan parallel to the radiator core for maximum clearance.
with the fan and radiator installed it is easy to see the difference between the top and bottom fan blade to the core.

Smiley is right, i have a stock monza pan in my sunbird and the deepest part of the pan is basically flush with the k member in front of it

i will get another pic when i drop it off the stands. it has new front motor bushings too. the trans cant go up anymore with out hacking up the tunnel. and the oil pan just kisses the steering arm. I dont have enough room for mechanical fan, so will put two electric ones in there. havent got that far yet lol.

Early Vega transmission tunnels need some "reshaping" with a large hammer in the bellhousing area.
Try to get the engine as close to level as you can with the headers in place.

A mechanical fan will fit with a short water pump using a single V-belt and no fan spacer.
The blades hang towards the engine, the fan and the radiator must be parallel for maximum clearance though.
