LOL, it was!!! I stood back and watched the guy do it. Turns out he is a car guy, restores Chevelles. He was very neat and tidy with his work!

Those are the best kind of people to do work for you!

One of the guys who installed my home a/c airhandler was into cars as well. We talked for a little bit after he saw my Vega and Mirage outside covered up. (the garage had to be empty so they could install the airhandler up in the roof of it). Anyway....he did excellent work.

I'm almost done with the 5 bolt conversion on the rear. I have everything done but the cover put back on and lube in the diff. The wheel and tire combination looks absolutely awesome, I think. The size is right and the offset is great!
They are AR Outlaw II for an S10 15x7 with BFG 225/60r15 and I can just get my fingers behind the tire, and there is about an inch in front and back of the tire to the fender. I love 'em!

How's this look? I'm getting closer, I can't decide if I want to push it to put it together and get it to the last car show of the year around here or try to get to the first one next year and finish a few things up a little better. I'm getting really antsy to drive this baby, I had it running around the neighborhood yesterday and can't wait to get it on the road!

I also found that this car has 2.56 gears in it instead of the usual 2.29 gears found in a V8 auto and they are GM gears.

Thanks guys!

Yes I do. The ones on the front were some used tires that the guys at the local garage gave me, they are a little too small. It'll have matching BFG's on the front this summer!
