Here's a graphic I made when I got my second Monza, years ago. I bought my first Monza (top) in 1981 for 5500$ from a saleman named Don Lemon at Central Chev Olds in London Ontario.

Actually the lower shot is me posing not cutting. I remember when I was 12 or so saying something like "Dad! Can I cut the grass?" big mistake lol

 It was brand new after the Iron Horse in the top shot failed with 40 years service. I think he still uses the Lawnboy.

Gotta love Summit, ordered last Wednesday night.

The rad does have a filler neck on it that will have to be removed and welded up. Just another small snag in this challenging build.

you can always get a high pressure rad cap with the regular one on the water neck, that's what i did on mine. My parts guy told me id have no problem and it has a tab on it that actually locks down (my rad is hidden in front of the rad support anyways so you cant see it). So far no problems *knock on wood*

Yeah I was thinking of that if there's room. This is one nice looking Griffin rad for half the price of the direct fit one.

I think this fan is going to work out nicely after I make 3 reliefs in it. I wasn't sure what the rectangular holes were in the shroud till it got here. They have rubber flappers that open up at highway speed to allow air to flow straight through, I'm guessing.

Can't do much with my hand messed up but some serious PAD work. (pencil aided design) At several hours of measuring and imagineering, it looks like the best route is to build a rad saddle that mounts the condensor and fan shroud as one assembly that slides up in from the bottom and bolts in place.

It will be necessary to remove the factory front sub structure and replace with a tubular cross member that picks up the k member and saddle.

The top of the saddle will bolt to the factory rad top. I'm also gonna have to take out the wings on the ends of it, straighten it, so it clears the a/c pump.

More figuring to do yet then a lot of work ahead.

I've put a lot of thought into the mounting of the rad / condenser and figured out a way to do it without cutting out the front metal structure of the car. Picked up some flat bar at the metal supermarket today, my hand is just about healed up so more pics soon. I will have to cut holes for the rad hoses but not much else.

Went up to the attic to look for some rad mounting rubbers which I didn't find, but I did find this 91 caprice air cleaner. Bolts onto the 95 throttle body AND the hood closes with about a quarter to half an inch clearance- SWEET! Not sure what I will do with the inlet, maybe fab up something to connect it to the body and bring cold air in.
