not as far as work completed..lol, I bought alot of stuff to finish it, all sitting in front of it in boxes waiting to be installed. Like the ceramic clutch, braided brake lines, master cylinder, lots and lots of hardware, billet window cranks, a bunch of stuff. Just have to get time to put it on, I know... this things been moving at the pace of a slug on a 80 degree day...lol :D

ok......finally, its on the lift again, working on trans crossmember, and then finish welding rearend brackets on coil over conversion. While there, do a little bit of painting then onto headers to finish up the fab work. pics to follow soon.

ok, so I whipped up the tranny crossmember and installed it today, that's off the list. I started with some small rectangle mild steel tubing, drilled and tapped the top of it so the front seat track bolts will install thru floor into top of it. I then drilled (3) 1/2" holes in the floor and plug welded the floor to the tubing top, then welded it to the rocker panel pinch seams underneath on each end.

heres the removeable center section, used box tubing with tube sleeves for bolts to go thru. Welded the nuts so I don't have to hold a wrench on them to remove. Made the round notchs on the Bridgeport, made quick work of that job!

got everything painted and ready for final install in the rear, did the entire underside of car in truck bedliner, comes out very nice. Then moved to the 4 link and drilled out the mounts on car chassis and rear axle to accept new grade 8, 1/2 " bolts and locking nuts. Changed the rear coil over springs to 150 pound units as the 100lb ones were a bit past halfway on the adjusters so they were a bit too light. I also have a set of 175lb if these prove to be too soft after full tank of fuel is added on. Rearend got final painted and just needs to have the backlash set from changing out the center section to a newer unit (28 spline) from a trans am and new girdle cover installed. I will snap a couple pics of everything installed, nice to be done with it and move on to finish drivetrain to get this going.
