Getting the car to run straight as an arrow now but am still launching off idle. Ran 5 times today all between 9.60-9.66 between 139 and 140.18mph.

If anyone needs specific pictures or information on my build just ask. I'm just in the process or beating the crap out of it for fun now. I already need to go faster and am working on it.

Wow!!! That's the drag race version of my car!!!! I did the LS2 block with callies crank and rods with Mahle pistons. LS3 heads and intake, homemade 1 3/4 headers......Mine was with HPtuners stockish EFI though!! That's cool as hell.

Well how fast has yours been? Don't tell me you haven't been down the 1/4 with that thing!

It went 10.91 @ 132mph with the old motor. 1.91 60 ft .......346ci AFR 205's big cam and FAST 90mm intake and TB. That was 2 years ago. This motor has been in the car for only 6 months.....(I started a forged twin turbo 346ci project and decided 1000whp in a homemade 30 year old car may not be the smartest idea)......scrapped that and went with this setup/but installed fiberglass doors at the same time and painted it......HUGE MISTAKE!!! It would have been easier to make mustang doors fit than the unlimited products ones. They are on now but still needs lexan windows and frames....I'm working on that right now. But before I saw this article......My best guess(hopes) was 9's at 140ish on motor and 9's at 150ish on a 175 shot. Yours gives me great optimism!!! Good job.

tinypic.com/ls1monza......you have to sift through my turbo miata build and Trailblazer pics.....but there are pics of the engine build, old turbos with wastegates, carb style intake with hat and throttle body as well as the low impedence 96# injectors and driver. But all of the turbo stuff is gone.....oh, there is stuff with the new setup and N2O system.

nice headers! I was thinking about putting the collector in the same place that you have yours,, not much
room under there for a collector,,, again nice build up!

Great build but don't steal my thread. ;)

Coan instantly picked up the trans earlier this week and already have it and get the TC off the trans. It was the pump tabs that broke. It just goofed up the TC hub and it didn't want to come off. They are fixing it up and putting a new hub on the TC. Should be done pretty fast it seems (hopefully) So far spectacular support from Coan.
