Thanks for the compliments guys, I can assure you this car is nothing special in todays world and most stuff came from sticks of steel and the junkyard.... and its a vega so it probably belongs in a junkyard according to society
I am wondering where all the haters are and why are they so quiet?
I was expecting people to be telling me how ridiculous this build was
Guess the H-body breed is more accepting than the ..... camaro, mustang, chevelle etc crowds

What CAD System did you use? If you are in the auto industry, I would guess CATIA - it sure looks like CATIA V5.
I'd like to have one of those 'check tables' they throw away, too. If you get your hands on another one ...
I can't remember all the reasons that they did away with the 4200, i think it was because they did away with the trailblazer etc. i think they still make the 5 cylinder and 4 cylinder version of this engine, they just add or subtract cylinders to the design for different applications. I like 5 cylinder, imagine the look on peoples face when you tell them you have a 5 cylinder engine
The CAD software is just SolidWorks, nothing fancy, thats what i have on my home PC so thats what i use.
I am trying to figure out how to get my hands on the check fixtures, they just sell them at scrap rate to have them melted down, even if i had to pay scrap rate it would be worth it for a machined flat pc of aluminum.
