Lol no problem Mark.

The car (thread intention) has been identified by you guys (thanks!).

Perhaps I might open a thread in the Project Section?

Am currently again looking for best deal on cherry picker as engine is 'blown' and can I again ask please if anyone knows where I might find some door panels and other interior parts for sale? I live on an island (albeit a rather large island) and there are unique and troublesome auto-wrecking laws which lead me to believe that scowering the local "craveyards" (hey i just made that up!) will be futile so ... help?

Turbo 400 good choice for a tranny if i go v8? they fit in the hump in these cars yes?

yes, i know - rear end and suspension etc. but thc-400 fits in this right? all i see in the RPO code list is mentions of turbo 350's and other "3-speed automatic transmissions"

thanks.

I got lucky again.

Saw an ad in Craigslist not far from here and the guy actually drove up in his 80' Monza Coupe Cabriolet which I got for 300$

I'm looking at removing and rebuilding the 3.8 in it for my other car so am open to the idea of parting out the rest it to anyone here that needs them. :th: It even still has the original blow-up spare tire.

I'll include some pix.

cheers,
Senior
