Keep the pictures coming! :th:

I gotta give a lot of credit of the fab work to my cousin, he's taught me a lot from this project and it wouldn't be where it's at without him.

CaptainPainn wrote:Great work. Black screen annoys the piss outa me too. Its a problem with internet explorer. Switch to a different web browser and it dont do that.

Thanks. Switched to Google chrome and no more issues with the black screen. :th:

Thanks, it's come a long way in a short time. Hopefully it will enjoy it's new purpose.

Thanks, that's what we're going for. Everything is tied together in some way.

Small overdue update. Motor is in, ditching the Don hardy mounts and going to a plate, also swapping the Sanderson's with a set of 1 3/4 Hookers. Fuel cell and battery are in. Purchased a 9" for it too. Hoping to have it running and driving this spring/summer.

Been a while since I posted an update, but have gotten a lot done in between.

Brakes and steering. Went with S10 spindles and power stop front brake kit.

Front suspension. AJE upper and lower control arms, with MOOG 5626 springs with 2 1/2 coils cut (lowers are shallow pocket design) and Competition Engineering adjustable shocks.

Image

Rear end, MOSER engineering Fab 9 with third gen Camaro springs, UMI upper and lower control arms and Lakewood 50/50 drag shocks

Set the car on the ground this past weekend. Couldn't be happier with the ride height.

Started motor up a few months back.

B&M trans cooler and Spal electric pusher fan.

Rhodes Race cars fuel cell in and plumbed.

Excitement is definitely setting in. Hoping to get to the track a couple times this years.

Probably too early to answer but, how do you like the AJE arms? I am pretty sure I'm getting a set for my project.

As you said it is a little early, but from what I see so far I would recommend then. The ones they are making now are the deep pocket style too. I bought mine just before they had changed to deep pockets. My only complaint would be the about of weld spatter, but that's just me being nit picky.
