Bad luck today,
i want to change my steering column assembly (1980 Monza) for a tilt steering column from my old 1979 Starfire .
As you can see, the shaft diameter is different .
Harmonica connector and wiring are the same .
So, i lost 2 hour .
Picture of normal steering column and tilt steering column .
After removing my RPM meter i found a white jumper and a small metal thing .
I check my old meter from my Starfire and indeed, the two pieces are from the RPM meter .
What is it ? And why there are 2 possibility to place the jumper ?
Can somebody help me pls ?
