I have finished the paint and I am happy with the results I will take it all apart and sand it with 3000 and then polish it that will get rid of any thing that landed in the clear it will not take long to assemble as I have spent the last year building the brackets and pipework etc will load more pics soon

Like the Color combo. Looks like it came out very nice. sand and buff will bring it too life for sure.
I do all my stripe jobs like that. Easier to lay out and make the stripe lay under the clear nicer. Everybody will be rubbing the edge when your not looking trying to feel paint line. lol.
Orange hounds tooth interior would be too kool.
Neat ride.

Excellent work! It just shows how bad I am at this car building hobby. I just about have my 73 Gt wagon done and it's white w/ the orange stripe too. I have a leather seats from a 2002 Trans am and I'm putting the orange houndstooth inserts in them to mimic the 69 pace car.

Now you guy's have to arrange a side by side pic. when finished. Those are both turning out real NICE. That paint scheme suits them both rather well! Now I want a Vega and a Vega wagon/sedan delivery. :bang: Harry

The trunk lid conversion completes the mini 70-73 camaro look, awesome idea and job on that! Very nice work on that car. :D
