The water pump will be coming off...I'm going with a remote electric and it is going to be a manual steering car . The only belt driven accessory will be the alternator.

The exhaust and intake manifolds are probably going away too.

Santa has been great to me this year. I'm very thankful for the fact that I've been able to accomplish so much on my little green Vega. I'm looking forward to getting some seat time in it in 2017.

Thanks for all the kind words, Phil.

What chassis kit is that? The "U" section caught my eye.

It's not a kit...Just a bunch of random parts so we can see what works the best.

A little update on the chassis work. Now we are mocking up the location of the engine and transmission. It looks like the front of the engine should sit pretty close to the centerline of the front wheels.

I know...I'm dying to see more of it myself. I only opened it enough to get that one picture and then I wrapped it back up. I want to keep it as clean as possible until it's ready to be installed into the car.

Thanks, Phil.

My new ATL fuel cell with liner, baffle, pump and surge tank. This damn thing was expensive.
