I just bought an original 76 vega wagon. It apparently has a second later 76 motor in it. I am just trying to start it after sitting for twenty years. The springs are too High in front and too low in back. I really want to revive this car. No rust or dents anywhere. Beautiful original orange paint. Anybody have any feedback for me?

I replaced the springs and shocks. Looks tons better. I had to buy a carb for it. Got it running. Its okay but it leaks oil a bit. I'm looking for a valve cover gasket and a cam seal. Having a hard time findings parts. It's missing the back seat but I'm not too worried about that unless someone here knows where I can find one. Lots of rattles in the back hatch. I really want to v8 it but having fun driving it for now.

Welcome Aboard Bohmanto! Now for a splitting hairs question, is it a wagon or a panel? Panels were available without (possibly also with) a backseat. They would have a raised floor (above the seating area floor but level with the cargo area). I didn't notice where you're from, Please add a location to your info, this will help with finding parts. I have a pair of front and matching rear 3 pieces from a Monza that is going to need a home. I'm in Canada across the river from Detroit. Harry
