I ran across some old pictures that I had taken on a trip to Florida
when I was 15 and my Mirage was only a month old back in 77.
They're not the greatest pics in the world, and they're all taken
from inside the car, but I thought I would just share them with
everyone. They are a neat bit of nostalgia for me and they just might
hold that one tiny clue that might be needed regarding an interior
restoration. There's also a bill of sale showing the options that car
had. All the pics are in the default album.

This car sat in the showroom at the dealership for many months until
I finally talked the parents into letting me have it. I'm sure all
the salespeople there got tired of me coming by every few days to
drool over it. HAHA

The family car, a 67 Cadillac was used as a trade-in and I finally
got to drive it home on May 11, 1977. Man, the power I thought that
car had compared to my '76 Civic!! Unfortunatley, I only had the car
9 months until I convinced my parents that a '78 Z28 was a much
better car for me. The Mirage was traded in, ended up on a used car
lot in Hattiesburg, Miss and that's where the trail grows cold.

I sure would like to find that car again, even if it was just a shell
in a junkyard. Kinda wierd how some of us are about cars, huh?

Hey Doyle,

Interesting pictures. Especially #4 & #5 "interior pictures". I
think we can all figure out what those pictures are really of :D.
