What model year Skyhawks have the 'bird' on the lenses and which ones don't??

79 and 80 was the only years that the hawks were on the tail lights , but I have seen people put them on monzas

You'd be best advised to french in a set of '84
or '86 taillights off a J-Body T-Type for the best
hawk lenses. These are the ones with the center-mount
large hawk. Exclusive to the T-Type. '84 non-turbo
lenses are smaller hawk or Buick logo, '86 is all Buick
logo for the rest. IIRC, RoadHawks all have the hawk
lenses.
