VIN # Decipher

Need some assistance decoding the VIN# on my
wife's 75 Skyhawk.

VIN # is
4S07C5212421

The Trim plate is a mystery as well. Where is it
supposed to be located in the engine compartment? Her's
looks to have been relocated to the area just below the
drivers windshield, in the space between the engine
compartment and the windshield (where the wiper/sprayer lines
run).

It also looks like the two rivets used to
attach/reattach the Trim Plate are covering up two
letters/numbers in the code.

Here is what I believe the
Trim Plate reads...

ST75 4HS07 ST187316 BDY

TR 26C 21L 2IU PN(T)?
04D172203

Any help
deciphering would be greatly appreciated.

Here are
some basics on her 'Hawk.

3.8 V-6, Auto,
hatchback. Blue ext/int. Originally Mid-west car --
Oklahoma/Kansas area.
