If you guys want to check out the Roundup 99
photos, do it soon. I am going to delete most of them so
that other people can add photos. I could start
another Yahoo Cosworth Vega club just so we could use the
photo room like the GmHbody club did but I don't think
that is necessary. I will delete them after the
weekend. Download away if you want any. Later, Chris.

Everyone

I've just posted some photos. The
first three are of a powdercoated cam cover. It looks
awesome.

The rest are a part of the "constrictor/restrictor"
analysis project that now has Dan involved in doing
calculations too. I've discovered some extremely interesting
and ingenious tricks of the Cosworth engineers, and
the article is half written, but I need many more
photos to properly document it (for Duke, as I hate only
being "essentially correct"). :)

I also need to
do at least one experiment.

And yes, Tim, I
have considered the points you raised, and they will
be covered as well.

Later.

Mark

Mark,

I would like to have my cam cover powdercoated. Where did you get it done and how much for the cost.

Thanks,

Fred

Has anyone added any pictures to the Photos section of the Louisville Round-up? I don't have any good pictures of the Round-up to upload.

Since we're on the "sleeve" topic

I'm not sure if Chris will allow it but I have a few pictures of a
LT5 engine tear down.

you can see the heads, valves, cam sproket angle adjustment
(something CV should have), and the interesting part is the sleeve
used in these engines.

I can add them for a short period of time in my photo album under
0539.

If any of you want to see them let me know and if it's ok with Chris,
I will post them for a couple of days.

I know it's not CV related, but my interest in the CV came from the
similarities between the ZR1 and the CV projects and I thought some
of you might be interrested to find out if any of the Technologies
from the CV was a factor in the building of the LT5 or Northstar for
that matter.

If you go to our website at http://www.cosworthvega.com there is a
Photo Gallery where you can upload as many photos as you want for as
long as you want. You just have to have your CVOA member login. If
you dont already have it, there is a button to get it emailed to you.
