I've decided to give up the ghost on the cars. I
will be selling either or both the 75 and 76 asking
around 1500 each or a package deal for around 2500 with
parts. the 75 runs and drives looks great has rust on
the rear control arm mounting points and the front
end under the battery tray, other than that it is
very clean, straight and complete with original spare
and nice interior. the 76 was originally blue I was
told it was the first non black. cant seem to find the
dash number. drivers seat seams are split. has bondo,
i discovered after the car was a victim of a hit
and run last year. both run ok but need the typical
tinkering. have a s---load of spares including eng, trans
and rear. 4 extra cos rims 4 gt rims, mint dash pad,
etc. etc. I just dont have the time to work on the
cars. call for more info 718 654 0077 or 845 461 8020.
thanks, Doug

Thanks for the VIN. Puts dash around 2289? And
it's a factory blue car? What color seats, options,
etc? You can e-mail me direct if you dont want to tie
up the board with
this.
Thanks,

Chris, 3523 does not exist, I believe the number plate was attached to a NOS dash panel but I thought it had been purchased by Bob Chin.

They are located about a mile from my apartment. Doug, I saw your 76 parked and left a note on it.

I show that 3524 was the dash that Bob Chin had
found that was dash only. I had found an old note that
said that Steve had 3523 but I had put a question mark
next to it for some reason. I show it as black with
black cloth interior. Thanks for the info, Chris.

Sorry to mis-lead you there Chris. That's the one
I was thinking of. When Paul and I were doing our
research, we also found some mention of 3525 for sale in an
earlier CV Magazine but couldn't confirm it. We saw 3522
in Ohio but I don't believe we had anything on 3521
or 3523. Time for Steve to fill us in!

I can't believe no one remembers the story about
dash 3523. I forget whether it has 44 miles on it in a
x-dealers living room or is it the car sold for a low sum
of money and used as a daily driver? Just another
story in CV history!

Steve, maybe I'm having another of those "senior"
moments but I don't recall the story. Was anything ever
published or does this fall into the urban legend catagory?
Paul, how's your memory?

I thought I put something in the CVOA mag. I know I talked to Paul, Chin, etc on where to find hidden VIN numbers on the car I had.
