just a quick hello message. my name is gary (a.k.a coswac ) while i
have been a member of the c.v.o.a. since about 97 i am new to this
club. i own #3231 black /sport cloth int /5 spd. i have had this car
since 97 and worked on it real hard for about a year and half
before getting distracted with life , well i'm feeling the bug to
get back into it again and maybe the word completion will appear. i
reckonize a few names on this board from the cvoa so i kinda feel a
little at home . also over the past few years i've had 3 other
cos's , so if your keeping track of numbers #658 has been dismantled
and discarded, a couple of years ago i sold a white with firethorn ,
4spd ,hutton weber conversion to a gentleman in miami , but i don't
remember the dash number, and today (10/20/02) i dragged home #3361,
a dark mahogany with firethorn int, 5spd, posi. it was purchased
strictly as parts, ( theres no way to save this one!) so it will be
discarded as soon as possible before neighbors become unruly. i also
have a rebuilt and sold a 77 monza mirage/ 4spd , which i still
ocasionally see around here in st. petersburg, one of my other
favorites i have is my 91 z28 with 41k on it, i've won many trophies
with it, next weekend i'm gonna make a trip to super chevy in
gainesville fl. maybe get another one , it has also won best of show
at a recent fla. statewide 3rd gen meet. i hope that i will have the
same or even better success with 3231 when finished. please don't
think i one of them (all i care about is trophies type) because i
trully do enjoy driving my cars more than anything. i have also
noticed a board member that owns a white cos in clearwater fl. just
would to say hi as i live in st.pete.(ever go to car show at
burgerking on sat. night? i have never seen this white one around
town ! where do you hide? ) sorry to make this so long but rarely do
i have time to write , so its kind of hit and miss for time on this
computer. thanks for your time and hope to chat with you all in the
