Are you looking for a complete rear-end? On e-bay there is a 4.11
and a 3.70 ring gear for sale. Also, there is a 6.5 posi unit for
sale.

I don't think GM ever offered a gear any shorter than 3.36 for
the 6.5" axle, but you could try Richmond or U.S. Gear.
