Chicago Car Exchange Mystery White CV

I to looked at this "mystery" Cosworth. All I can verify is the dash VIN
is a Cosworth but I didn't get down and dirty searching for confirmation or
check the block VIN (easy to fake too). Isn't there a secret VIN location
on all cars or is that just rumor? I also thought the interior looked a
little worn for only 9300 miles but at $3995 it's cheap transportation if it
is a built up parts car.
