broke down in Minnesota

Help I drove out to Minnesota from West Virgina to visit family. Car
ran fine going to Minnesota, ready to leave but its 3 degrees car
will start will run up to 2-3 thousand rpms and runs smoothly. But
can't get it to idle, no throttle response. Can't take a load, so I
can't drive it away. Added gasoline antifreeze and ran engine for a
good while, didn't seem to help much. I think I have a stuck
sensor. Shorted out coolant sensor but didn't make a difference.
Any other advice???????????????? Sincerely Jeremy

Thanks for the help Jim and Mark. I made it back to WV last night.
I towed the car to a local mechanic there back in Minnesota and they
found that the cam belt slipped. Luckily I had a everything they
needed to put a new one on and I was on my way. Jeremy
