Shop Manual, PAIR, and TCT Portfolio

I ordered and received the 1975 Chevrolet Cosworth Vega Shop Manual
Supplement (aka "Service and Overhual Manual Supplement") from
Helminc.

It is a photo copy. Some of the photos and drawings come across a
little dark and hard to see but still extremely valuable. This is a
MUST HAVE for any cv owner. Well worth $15.

The '75 Cosworth Vega Shop Manual Supplement is available online from
www.helminc.com

Search under '75 Vega. This manual applies to both years, and it's
not listed under '76 Vega, but they have other manuals for both years.
A complete set for your CV starts with the '74 Vega shop manual
augmented by either the '75 or '76 Vega/Monza supplement and the
applicable year Fisher Body Manual, and, of course, the '75 CV
Supplement. I believe the CV manual might only be a photocopy, but
the price is only $15. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ONE!!!

PAIR means Pulse Air Injector Reactor. The wave dynamics of the
exhaust are used to inject air into the exhaust ports, so if saves the
parasitic losses associated with a mechanical pump. I believe the CV
was the first, or at least one of the very first to use this
"pumpless" air injection technology.
