Engine Electrical Problem

Had the Spyder out last night. Drove around for
an hour, no problems, real nice. Picked up some
halagen headlights and installed them, both lows and
highs, stock sealed beam replacement type.
Started
the Spyder up, no problem instant start, backed out
of the garage, low beams on. As I was out closing
the garage door she stalled dead. Lights stayed on,
she cranked over great but no sign of catching a
start, plenty of gas. Had no time to check anything,
just pushed her back in and turned out the light. Any
ideas before I start looking?
Thanks
Paul

My guess would be the module. It has happened to
me just as you say, more than once. I would check
that. Check to see that distributor is getting 12
volts,Check to see if plug is firing. If its firing, I would
then check to see if the electric fuel pump is working
and you are getting gas to the carb. I would bet on
the module though.
