hello i amtrying to find someone that has plans
for building my own v-8 motor mounts i have a 1980
sunbird that had a v-6 in it but i bought the body
without it before it went to the crucher i've looked for
v-8 mouns but everyone want so much for them i'm on a
limited buget that makes it hard for me to spend.i have a
motor and tranny but the only thing missing is the
mounts.i know i could fabricate the v-8 mounts but haven't
found anyone with info for building them if you have
the information and would share it with me i would
greatly appreciate it my goal for this summer was just to
get it up and running and drivable.i'm looking at
doing a coplete build up on this car over the next four
years.thanks

you could try looking at wrecking yards some up
here in Alberta just have standard prices, ex; rads 20
bucks rearends 50 bucks motor mounts 4 bucks. I am on a
limited budget too and picked up the stock v8 motor
mounts out of a car for 4 bucks apiece. they bolted
right into my 1980 sunbird
