Beware if you use them on a car with leaf
springs. Make sure you have the correct spring arch for
your car. My buddy had them on his and his leafs were
weak, after they were installed they car sat a good
inch higher, the car was riding on the bars, I told
him to get new leafs cause he needed suspension
travel and the only thing that had movement was from the
axle to the rear spring eye. He called South Side and
they said it was O.K. for the car to rest on the bars,
and to just tighten the front clamp tight to the
spring. Needless to say it took awhile but he was
snapping leafs like pencils. His car weighed 2700pds so it
was easy on them.
