Hey guys, what would happen if you used an
disc/disc master cylinder on a disc/drum setup & using the
disc/drum combination valve ? Have seen it talked about the
other way but not this way.
Thanx,
Sherman

you would need to check and see if the bore is
same size.the disc/disc master cylinder has no
residual preasure valve for the rear brakes ,because
without it you would have a very low pedal and some bad
braking too.
Give me an application and I'll look up
some numbers and see if it would work.

Sherman,
Dump the master cylinder and go
getone for a 76 and up Monza ,the rear brakes are ok
dont worry about changing them as you will not really
get any benefit other than a little more metallic in
the shoes.I wouldnt worry about the other stuff but
how in the world did you get 84 f body parts on that
vega? Did you use s10 spindles or malibu spindle or
what. The calipers are the same as an s10.
