Have any of you guys used replacement carpet? If so, best place to get it? Did you like the fit? I have a 75 Hatchback...

While I haven't installed it yet, I bought Auto
Custom Carpets. My decision was based on lots of input
by others who have used their carpets in many
different cars. They tend to run a little bit more than
some of the others (about $135 or so) but if you find
them at a show, they usually have them for about $20
less and no shipping.

Lookup at eBay someone there has their comapnies
carpet listed for $99.99.
If that does not suit you
then try JC Whitney. JUst don't get the cheapest stuff
listed, its worth the extra 10-20 dollars.

I tried two different vendors for carpet on my 75
hatchback: ACC and Ohio Auto Mat. The quality between the
two is similar but the carpet by ACC has the correct
heel pad. However, neither one fit the car's small
transmission tunnel. If your 75 has the larger tunnel then you
should be okay. If not, try ordering carpet for a 74
Vega instead.

Thanx, I have the large tunnel and I was worried if it would fit it.
