Broken Tachometers

Anyone know of someone reasonable who can fix my
Cosworth tachometers? There isn't anyone local to Kansas
City and I'm not good with electronics. One tach has a
failed IC and the other I don't know. They've been at a
place in Virginia for a month now and I'm tired of
waiting for him. Thanks much.
