Message Posting

I have discovered something from reading all the posts I get from all
the GM H-Body & GM High Performance clubs I belong to. I have been using
the Yahoo Groups mail with BerettaNet for over 2 years now and have
experienced very little problem with posting and receiving messages. I
think perhaps the problem lies within the e-mail preferences that I see
on most every post.

Most of the post have "<a href="/group/gmhbody2/post?protectID=091233091056152153187218164140244063078210042051017133250150166091061">noreply@yahoogroups.com</a>" on them. That may be
what is making the post take so long to appear. I had that same problem
when we were first switched to the groups from the website. I went into
my email preferences and changed it to my normal address and my post now
appear with a minute or two from the time I send them. It may be
something to consider doing so that posting and receiving messages
becomes easier.

In addition, also change the preference to receiving emails individually
or in digest and de-select the hiding IP & email address from group
moderators.
